Description

A Chelsea spiral-lobed tea bowl & saucer

The saucer scallop-edged, the central well enamelled with bright sprigs of flowers including tulip and rose with a brown line rim. The tea bowl with a spray of flowers on one side with three further sprigs, the well with a central yellow flower, and a brown line rim. The undersides of both pieces decorated with a moulded acanthus leaf painted in bright green with puce stalks

Tea bowl height 4 cm

Stilt marks and red anchors to both pieces

Repaired chip to saucer, one un-repaired chip to the tea bowl
