A Worcester teapot and cover

of globular shape with a flower finial, painted in mandarin style with two colourfully dressed Chinese figures on one side separated by a stand of fruit, complete with Buddha's fingers, the first seated holding a fan, the second serving a plate of red berries, the reverse with a replica if somewhat larger version of the serving man, all set within a stylised Chinese garden scene with an upper border of burnt orange leaves, black pencilling and gilt lattice work
